EVVA Components use a BLE manufacturer advertisement with a registered
manufacturer identifier (BLE Assigned Numbers, 0x0869).
It follows the Core Specification 5.4, Vol 3, Part C, Section 11, Figure 11.1: ADVERTISING AND SCAN RESPONSE DATA FORMAT (Core_v5.4_ADV.pdf).
